Do you have some pics of this fan in your tj? Here is my final update: Fan speed will be controlled via pwm and will range from off when at or below 195º f and 100% when at or above 210º f. I got a flex a lite 420, and i am going to be using the variable speed controller.

This fan controller is really neat, really simple, quite flexible, and maybe a cheaper alternative to it is one wire from the controller, switched to ground to activate.
